Delivery Coverage
We currently ship all across Pakistan.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment or order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities/areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Any ongoing free-delivery offers will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If Cash on Delivery is available at checkout, you can pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, so you can follow your delivery status.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable or the address provided was incorrect, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a suitable time. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate at checkout.
Undeliverable Areas
